Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and Sendle.

Standard delivery times are 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Rural and remote areas may take a little longer.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can follow its journey.

Express Shipping

Express Post is available at checkout for an additional cost.

Delivery times are typically 1–3 business days from dispatch (metro areas only).

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

Delivery times vary depending on the country and customs processes (usually 7–21 business days).

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or taxes once the parcel arrives in their country.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email.

If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us at countryridge_clothing@outlook.com.au with your order number.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Country Ridge is not responsible for parcels delayed or lost by postal carriers, but we will assist you in lodging an investigation with the courier service.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order — we cannot guarantee replacement for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Preorders

If an item is marked as preorder, shipping dates will be estimated in the product description.

Preorders will be shipped as soon as stock arrives.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you promptly.
